Delivery and shipping costs

PelleSound B.V. - HandPanShop.NL & EU & DE supplies its handpan instruments worldwide.

Shipping costs for hand pans to customers within Europe are included. Shipping costs for countries outside Europe are on request. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We provide a track and trace code so you can track your package. All our packages are sent insured.

For shipping costs for accessories within Europe, the rate indicated in the webshop applies. Shipping costs for accessories outside Europe are on request.

Packages are generally dispatched 48 hours after payment.

Each instrument is packed with the utmost care and safety for the instrument. We use very sturdy cardboard boxes specially designed for our handpans. The handpan is also packed fully protected in the box in addition we recommend purchasing a good bag. As an extra security, we send all packages including insurance.

If a product is listed in the web shop as “in stock”, you will generally have the product with 3 to 4 days. On rare occasions, the stock status on the web shop may be incorrect and the product is not immediately in stock. In that case, we will contact you immediately to coordinate and deliver as soon as possible.
