Musical journey
You will take a musical journey through the different handpans. A one-and-a-half-hour session in a specially equipped room so you can listen and feel carefully while the different handpans are played to you. It is also possible to play yourself on a selection of your chosen handpans.
Together, we go through a kind of tasting process where we look for that one handpan. We often end up with a top-3 from which the final choice is eventually made. And regularly, this does not turn out to be the handpan one had their eye on at home.
This session takes place 1-on-1 so you can relax and find the instrument that suits you.
PLEASE NOTE: we may have to help a customer during this session. Would you like to have an exclusive employee at your disposal so you can spend an hour and a half undisturbed with him/her to find your handpan? You can book this exclusive orientation session for €65. If you buy a handpan afterwards, there are no orientation costs.
Immediate pickup from stock is possible
Once you have found your handpan, you can take it home directly from stock. The advantage is that you take home exactly the handpan that has the sound you love. After all, a handpan that is ordered will be able to sound slightly different. Every hammer blow of the builder will have a slight influence on the sound, even if he makes the same key and uses exactly the same material. We also stock accessories such as bags, stands and care products.
Shop visit
Would you like to buy a handpan and listen to the instrument first? Then you are more than welcome in our handpan shop. Many people like to hear and feel their handpan live before they take it home.
Our shop is open and you can walk in at any time. At the same time, we regularly work with extended purchase guidance, workshops and advice sessions. As a result, at certain times we may have less time to provide extensive help.
Therefore, it works better for everyone if you make an appointment before picking up a handpan. This allows us to reserve about 30 minutes for you, so you can listen to your handpan in peace, ask questions and take home your instrument with the proper care.
